WHEREAS, on or about September 27, 2017, BCHWESTWOOD, LLC filed an application regarding the property legally described on Exhibit “A” attached hereto which is, by this reference, incorporated herein (“SUBJECT REALTY”); and,

 

WHEREAS, said application requests a minor amendment to the final plan and plat of planned unit development previously approved by Ordinance Nos. 1986-37, 2006-58, and 2017-4 for the SUBJECT REALTY, so as to reduce the number of new garages from 219 to 176

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF WOODRIDGE, DU PAGE, WILL AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, a home rule municipality in the exercise of its home rule powers, as follows:

 

SECTION ONE:  A minor amendment to the final plan and plat of planned unit development previously approved with respect to the SUBJECT REALTY is hereby granted so as to reduce the number of new garages from 219 to 176 in substantial conformance with the following plans:

 

  1. Site Plan, as prepared by Western DuPage Landscaping Inc., consisting of one sheet, dated November 8, 2017, attached hereto and hereby incorporated herein as Exhibit “B”.

 

  1. Photometric Plan as prepared by M.G.N. Consulting Engineers, Inc., consisting of one sheet, dated August 30, 2017, attached hereto and hereby incorporated herein as Exhibit “C”.

 

SECTION TWO:  That the terms, conditions and provisions of Ordinance Nos. 1986-37, 2006-58, and 2017-4 to the extent not expressly modified by the terms, conditions and provisions of this Ordinance, remain in full force and effect as therein provided.

 

SECTION THREE:  That all ordinances and resolutions, or parts thereof, in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are, to the extent of such conflict, expressly repealed.

 

SECTION FOUR:  That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption, approval and publication in pamphlet form as provided by law.
